TEB tani është duke kërkuar kandidatë të kualifikuar për pozitën Menaxheri i Operacioneve me ATM dhe POS, me lokacion në Zyrën Qendrore/Prishtinë.
Menaxheri i Operacioneve me ATM dhe POS eshte pergjegjes per mbarvajtjen dhe funksionimin e proceseve te ATM dhe POS ne pergjithesi, te cilat perfshijne menaxhimin dhe mbikqyrjen e proceseve te brendshme, si dhe proceseve dhe pergjegjesive me palet e treta. Kjo perfshine mbikqyrjen e SLA me kontraktoret si pale te treta, ku sigurohet qe disponohet me kapacitete dhe procedura adekuate qe te menaxhohen dhe parandalohen humbjet nga keqperdorimet. Te punoj qe te sigurohet se ka bashkepunim me ekipin dhe me kontraktoret qe te evitohet dhe parandalohet pervoja jo e mire e perdorimit te produketeve dhe sherbimeve.
Punon nga afer me ekipet e “Business Solutions”, Parandalimit te Mashtrimeve, si dhe te Kontabilitetit, qe te sigurohet se kemi procese te rrepta te kontrollit per identifikimin dhe raportimin e impaktit financiar qe perfshine humbjet e ATM dhe POS, si dhe te hyrat dhe shpenzimet. Funksioni eshte pergjegjes per organizimin dhe shtytjen e iniciativave dhe projekteve per permisim te ekzekutimit dhe sigurimit qe jane implementuar procese dhe kontrolle ne pajtueshmeri me kerkesat e kontabilitetit si dhe te rregullatoreve, duke perfshire edhe kerkesat e PCI DSS. Pergjegjes qe te sigurohet se nivel i larte i sherbimit eshte duke u ofruar nga ekipi. Ofron keshilla dhe mbikqyrje te qarta te niveli i raportimit dhe tek stafi, qe te sigurohet saktesi, kualitet dhe rrjedhshmeri ne te gjitha aktivitet e procesimit.
Pergjegjesite
Ne bashkepunim me Udheheqesin e Divizionit:
- Mbikqyrje dhe menaxhim i aktiviteteve ditore per te gjitha proceset ATM dhe POS duke perfshire dhe jo vetem: monitromin e ATM dhe POS transkasioneve, menaxhimin dhe monitroimi i stokut te ATM dhe POS, menaxhimi i transaksioneve te refuzuara ne terminale, perkrahaja e aktiviteteve ne parandalimin e mashtrimeve ne procesim te kartelave, raportimet ne skemat e kartelave per pjesen e pranimit te kartelave.
- Organizimi i aktiviteteve dhe projekteve per pranimin e kartelave
- Planifikon, udheheq, organization the kontrollon operacionet me ATM dhe POS, si dhe mbikqyre kontraktoret.
- Ofrimi i zgjidhjeve dhe mbikqyrjes efektive per procedurat dhe funksionet e departamentit per te siguruar procesim te transaksioneve ne kohe, te sakt dhe te kompletuar qe perfshine barazimet dhe kontestimet.
- Identifikon, vlereson dhe menaxhon rrezikun ne fushat e pergjegjesise duke aplikuar strategji dhe aktivitete adekuate ne parandalimin e rrezikut
Sigurohet per administrim dhe pajtueshmeri me procedurat e publikuara. Zhvillon dhe implementon procedurat e departamentit dhe i modifikon sipas nevojes.
- Pergjegjes per zgjidhjen ne burim te problemeve dhe incideneteve operacionale kyqe per funksionet perkrahese. Sigurohet qe afatet e ofrimit te sherbimit dhe standardet e operimit po respektohen.
- Asiston linjat e biznesit me ekzekutimin dhe profitabilitetin e programit te kartelave, duke rekomaduar ndryshime te duhuara per te permiresuar pervojen e klientit ne perdorim, reduktimi i shpenzimeve te procesimit dhe implementim i eficiences ne sherbimin e bazes se klienteve te kartelave.
- Ofrimi i planifikimit dhe perkrahjes operacionale per linjat e biznesit ne aktivitet e marketingut per produketet e kartelave dhe programin e bonusit te kartelave
- Ekzekuton, gjurmon dhe monitoron te gjitha synimet dhe indikatoret e matshem te departamentit dhe pergadite raportimet e kerkuara nga menaxhmenti dhe rregullatoret,
- Pergaditja e analizave te kostove te performances sipas nevojes per reduktim te shpenzimeve dhe permiresim te procesimit, per te siguruar eficience operative ne te gjitha fushat.
- Perkrahja maksimale per zhvillimin e aftesive profesionale dhe ne karriere per vartesit.
Kandidatet ideal duhet te plotesojne kriteret e meposhtme ne raport me pervojen dhe aftesite per kete pozite pune;

TEB is now seeking for qualified candidates for the position of ATM and POS Operations Manager, located in Head Office/Prishtinë.
The ATM and POS Operations Manager is responsible for the overall functioning of the ATM and POS operations team, which includes managing and overseeing both in-house and third party processes and responsibilities. This includes overseeing the SLAs with third party vendors and ensuring that we have both the capabilities and procedures to effectively manage and mitigate fraud losses and working to ensure close alignment with both our service team and the vendor to mitigate and prevent poor user experience.
ATM and POS Operation works closely with our Business Solutions, Fraud, and Accounting team to ensure we have tightly controlled processes to ensure the identification and reporting of financial impacts to include alternative channel device losses, ATM and POS revenue and expenses. The role is responsible organizing and driving initiatives and projects to improve our execution and ensuring that we have the processes and controls in place to meet all accounting and regulatory/compliance requirements including PCI requirements. Responsible for ensuring a superior level of client service is delivered through the staff. Provides path and supervision to direct reports and staff to ensure accurateness, quality and relevance in all processing efforts.
Responsibilities
In coordination with the Head of Division:
- Provide day to day oversight and management of all ATM and POS processes including but not limited to: monitoring of ATM and POS transactions, Managing of ATM and POS stock, managing day-to-day transaction rejects and disputes, Support Fraud operational activity for Card processing, Scheme reporting for Acquiring
- Organizing card acceptance processes and projects.
- Plans, leads, organizes and controls ATM and POS Operations, and the related vendor management oversight.
- Provide effective design and oversight of department procedures and functions to ensure timely, accurate and complete processing of transactions to include both settlement and disputes.
- Identifies, evaluates, and manages risk within areas of responsibility and implements risk mitigation strategies and activities as appropriate.
- Administers and ensures compliance of established procedures. Develops and implements departmental procedures and modifies as needed.
- Responsible for root-cause problem resolution for key back-office operational problems and incidents. Ensures client service level agreements and operating standards are met.
- Assists business lines with card program execution and profitability, making recommendations for appropriate changes to improve user experience, reduce processing expenses and implement efficiencies in servicing the card customer base.
- Provides operational planning and support to the business lines in the marketing efforts of card products and the rewards program
- Executes, tracks, and monitors all department goals and metrics and prepares requested management summary and regulatory reports.
- Responsible performing cost analysis when appropriate to reduce expenses and improve processing, ensuring operating efficiencies in all areas.

The ideal candidates must meet the following criteria in terms of experience and skills to be considered for this position;
- Ideally at least 5 years of experience in card operations, ATM and POS, industry
- Proven expertise in designing and managing processes to meet Card Scheme and regulatory mandates and compliance
- Good evidence of operational skillset
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage with various levels of seniority internally and externally
- Must have a customer experience focused background
- Must be a self-motivated individual with good attention to detail, commercial awareness with good judgement and decision-making skills
- Very good knowledge of English language, both in writing and speaking
