We are looking for an IT Process Compliance Analyst to join our team in PRISHTINA.

General description:

The IT Process Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that Quipu Processing Centre’s IT processes adhere to Card Payments industry regulations and internal policies. This position is responsible for overseeing and following up the proper execution of the IT processes that are in place and ensuring industry standards are being met.

What your key responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring the effective and efficient use of IT processes, mainly focused on Incident and Problem Management
  • Following up the latest updates of industry standards
  • Ensuring proper implementation of new standards in current processes
  • Communicating and collaborating with different teams within the company
  • Communicating and escalating to service providers
  • Following up required actions with service providers
  • Reporting latest status of the processes to QPC Management

Skills and experience we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
  • Understanding of IT principles.
  • To be familiar with ticketing systems.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with Incident Management is a plus.

  • Fluency in English language, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional manner.
  • A self-started, well organized, and motivated.
  • Ability to establish priorities.
  • Ability to follow-up and ensure timelines are respected.
  • Ability to perform routine tasks rapidly and accurately.
  • Ability to apply rule sets to complex information, using logic, analytical techniques, and deductive reasoning.
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
  • Constructive thinking and open minded.
