Position: Sales Account Managers – Senior (2 Openings)

As Novus continues to expand its client base, we are seeking two Sales Account Managers - Senior who are not only adept at sales but also exceptional in building enduring relationships with clients. This role is crucial in maintaining and growing our diverse clientele while contributing directly to the company's growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management and Account Planning
- Serve as the primary liaison for existing and potential clients, ensuring a positive long-term relationship;
- Manage client satisfaction through regular check-ins, client surveys, and feedback mechanisms;
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to optimize long-term account value;
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities within the managed portfolio.
Sales
- Achieve and exceed sales targets annually, as set by senior management;
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize account revenue;
- Generate new business through various acquisition strategies, including but not limited to cold-calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent and positive client experience;
- Facilitate contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial;
- Address and resolve any client issues, escalating to senior management when necessary;
- Generate and present reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Account Management role or similar capacity;
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels;
- Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or another relevant field.
