Kosovo Advisory Products and Services (KS-APS) is a consulting firm based in Pristina. Our activities include: 1. Development of software products, 2. Management of monitoring projects in the humanitarian support sector, and 3. Communication and promotion through social networks. Although KS-APS is a private firm registered in Kosovo, we work closely with our client from the USA, International Advisory Products and Systems (i-APS) - a consulting firm that monitors and evaluates humanitarian and development projects in countries affected by natural or humanitarian crises around the world. KS-APS opens the job announcement for the position:

Project Manager Assistant

The position is full-time, and the candidate is required to work in our offices in Prishtina, from Monday to Friday, during the working hours of 9:00 - 17:00. Candidates must have great knowledge of the English language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and organize project files.
• Monitor project progress, and timelines.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and issues and provide support in developing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide project updates.

Qualifications / Skills: I

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
