In connection with the expansion of the activity in Kosovo we are looking to hire a Sales representative and an Accountant/Bookkeeper for our office in Prishtina:
Main characteristics of Sales position:
Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold
calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct service demonstrations and presentations to potential customers,
showcasing the unique features and benefits of our services.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a
keen understanding of the sales process.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and surpass targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office software.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges and learn continuously.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
Main characteristics of Accounting/Bookkeeper position:
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members
to resolve discrepancies and provide financial
insights.
- Assist in payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Organize and maintain financial records,
receipts, and documents.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting software and technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a bookkeeper/accountant or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting
principles and practices.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to
detail.
- Excellent organizational and time
management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and
verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere
to ethical standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting
- requirements is an advantage.
