We are looking for motivated employees for our store in Prizren:
STORE MANAGER (m/f)
YOUR JOB:

store management according to the instructions from the Headquarters
turnover responsibility as well as responsibility for the results of the inventory
ensuring the operational business process
handling key business indicators
management and motivation of the team
implementation of staff trainings
employee scheduling
administrative tasks and back office

YOUR PROFILE:

high school (business, commercial or similar), bachelor’s degree is preferred
managerial experience with sales responsibility
equivalent experience in wholesale in the fashion industry
dedicated and success-oriented leadership personality
entrepreneurial thinking
customer and service orientation as well as planning and organizational skills
communicational skills and flexibility
motivation and enthusiasm
love for fashion and identification with New Yorker
very good knowledge of English (or German)
