About the role
As a Virtual Accountant, your daily tasks involve monitoring customer files and recording AI-generated invoice registrations and financial transactions as draft entries.
Your daily tasks
- Monitor customer files
- Check & register AI-generated invoice registrations (as draft entries)
- Check & register financial transactions (as draft entries)
- Contact clients regarding missing documents, bank synchronization, etc.
- Prepare contracts & documents
- Report daily operations to management or supervisor(s)
What we're looking for
- Recent graduate
- Bacherlor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related field
- Very high fluency in English
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus, but not necessary
- Attention to detail
- Understanding the concepts & fundamentals of accounting & financial reporting
- Tech-savvy
- Ambitious
- Eager to learn new things
- No work experience needed
- Interest in obtaining SCAAK or ACCA certifications is a plus
