Product Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work closely with senior management, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
About Inspera
Inspera is a cloud-based digital assessment platform enabling you to plan, author, deliver and grade digital exams and assessments in one place - onsite or remotely.
More than 150 educational institutions worldwide are using Inspera to digitally deliver standardised tests, open and closed-book exams, final exams, and coursework assessments, on-site or in a hybrid/remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Become the go-to expert on user needs for similarity checking and AI detection.
- Defne and drive the product strategy in your domain.
- Engage in tactical and operational planning.
- Regularly interact with customers to grasp their requirements.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, data scientists, engineers, sales teams, customer service, and more.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Clearly and effectively communicate strategies, plans, outcomes, and learnings.
Qualifcations
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital product management; experience with SaaS is a bonus.
- A knack for understanding intricate concepts and simplifying them.
- Proven expertise in both the Discovery
- and Delivery phases of product development.
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with project management, agile methodologies, and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA/Confluence is a plus.
- A keen interest in data-driven product solutions.
- Solid analytical abilities. Having coding experience is a huge advantage.
