Position: HR and Payroll Assistant

Description of duties:

  • Storing, processing, gathering and preparing information associated with labor law conditions of employees (employment contracts, terminations of the contract, annexes etc). Consolidation and preparation of data for the calculation of wages, such as working hours, sick leave, working time data and other relevant data;
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly and yearly HR Reports
  • Providing administrative support to operational HR team (regarding logistics of training process, monitoring of travel costs, monitoring of employee discount …)
  • Providing necessary and accurate flow of information between local institutions, headquarters, stores and companies that provide HR Support
  • Assisting HR Coordinator in the process of selection and recruitment as well as organizing training for employees;


  • Strongly preferably BSc Economics, Administration, HR or related field
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Very good English language knowledge
  • PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
