Desert Eagle Express is a leading trucking company that provides reliable and efficient transportation services to businesses across Midwest region in United States. We are currently seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Representative and a Dispatch Officer to join our team in Prishtina.

Sales Representative responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email, and referrals.
Present and sell transportation services to existing and potential customers.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Sales Representative requirements:

Preferably sales experience, but unexperienced individuals are encouraged to apply as well because training will be provided.
Desired strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
High level of self-initiative.
Microsoft Office.
Fluent English language skills.

Dispatch Officer responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule daily pickup and delivery of shipments.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate with drivers and clients to provide updates on shipment status.
Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the transportation process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all dispatch-related activities.

Dispatch Officer requirements:

Preferably experience in dispatch or logistics, not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Fluent English language skills.

Desert Eagle Express offers a competitive salary, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Monthly payment starts from 700 euro.

Working hours are from 15:00 to 23:00 or from 16:00 to 00:00, Monday to Friday.
