
Admin Assistant
A professional Admin Assistant is required for a well established Pharmaceutical company based in Fushe Kosove. The individual selected will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work flexible hours and have excellent English communication skills with a can do attitude. Responsibilities will be working in a busy, dynamic and professional environment providing daily support in the smooth running of operations.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Providing daily support in managing operations
- Working closely with other departments in organizing agendas and meetings
- Organizing meetings, keeping a schedule on the company calendar
- Provide support to produce documents and presentations for key meetings as and when required.
- Collaborating and supporting staff by facilitating departmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties
- Managing documents and reports in an organized and secure manner
- Providing administrative support for department
- Assist in Human Resources matters with and outside of the company
- Updating personnel files
- Monitoring staff participation and absences
- Payroll
- Ensuring the office is well maintained and organized
- Interpretation and translation of documents, emails and meetings
- Reception of guests and visitors
Qualifications:
- University degree in relevant field
- Minimum one (1) year or more experience in a busy, dynamic environment
- Excellent knowledge of the English language is a MUST (speaking, writing and reading essential)
- Excellent organizational skills and communicational skills
- Multitasking
- Self-motivated, professional attitude
- Discretion and confidentiality are key
- Flexible and creative
- Excellent computer skills
- Driving License Essential
