Abour the role:
As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with the Lead Product Manager and Technical Lead to ensure the successful delivery of our products.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and assist the team in implementing and following Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Organize and facilitate team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and retrospective meetings.
Ensure the team stays focused on sprint goals and delivers work on time.
Maintain and communicate the product roadmap, sprint planning, and release schedules to internal and external stakeholders.
Act quickly to identify and escalate potential issues or risks, working closely with the development team to find effective solutions and maintain project timelines.
Collaborate closely with the Lead Product Manager to ensure the backlog is up-to-date and ready for upcoming sprints.
Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
Create, review and write user stories based on product roadmap in high detail.
Own various product features and make sure to deliver them on time.
Managing client requests and making sure to deliver them on time.
Prioritize relentlessly on innovations to achieve growth goals.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Have at least 1 year of experience in working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
Fluent in English (written, spoken, and reading).
Extremely comfortable with data and analysis. Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making.
Experience with Scrum model, Product Management tools and software for tracking and reporting project progress, Mockup Tools like Balsamiq or Figma.
Strong organizational skills for day-to-day tasks (including development progress, client follow-ups, internal follow-ups).
Experience of a problem-solving approach and the ability to provide creative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with people across all levels and organizations internally and externally, across multiple geographies.
Comfortable with making tough prioritization decisions. Able to effectively keep track of moving parts across projects, and adapt to new information and goals. Prior success in managing complex projects.
Strong analysis skills, to write user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications and requirements.
Strong desire to learn and grow.
Preferred skills:
Agile Scrum Methodologies.
DevOps for development operations management.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred.
