English Teacher ( two positions available )
EFIP is happy to announce that we are seeking two highly motivated and qualified English Teachers to join our team in Prishtina.

Monday – Friday; 08:45 – 15:30 with 90 min lunch break

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic English language lessons to students of grades 1 t0 5 and kindergarten.
- Develop and implement effective instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and student growth.
- Create and administer assessments to evaluate students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum and contribute to the development of innovative teaching materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience teaching English to students at different levels, preferably in an academic setting.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to integrate technology into the classroom to enhance the learning experience.
