Expectations / Duties
- Communicate with customers through email, phone, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns;
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary;
- Upload & arrange files;
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Skills / Requirements
- English language - medium proficiency;
- Familiar with e-mail, internet browsing, research;
- Ability to use phone and computer systems;
- Motivation to work in teams;
- High School Diploma; college degree preferred;
- Customer service experience is a plus.
