Expectations / Duties

• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Contact future potential clients;
• Schedule appointments;
• Keep a detailed log of calls;
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary;
• Uploading & arranging files;
• General back office tasks.

Skills / Requirements

• English language high proficiency (important);
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferable;
• Problem-solving and research skills;
• Good listening skills and attention to detail;
• Conversational, patient, and confident, with a positive attitude;
• Customer support experience is a plus.
