IT Support Officer
OPEN JOB POSITION - FULL TIME

Expectations / Duties
- Assist with day-to-day IT requests;
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the chat, ticket email, phone or remote support sessions;
- Perform remote technology support;
- Build, maintain databases and lists, and ensure organization/creation of proper processes and standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
- Assist in account administration including security, SharePoint management, Exchange management, Teams management, etc;
- Assist in email/account migration;
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;
Skills / Technology / Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a similar IT helpdesk position;
- Experience in Office 365 Administration;
- Working knowledge of Google Suite products, Microsoft Windows, other related platforms;
- Understanding of various communication mediums such as Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc;
- English language - medium to high proficiency.
