Title: Logistics Officer

Duration: Full-time (On-site)

We are looking for an experienced logistics officer to manage all aspects of logistics throughout our supply chain. The logistics officer will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire lifecycle of our products, from the acquisition of raw materials to final product distribution.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Identifying, sourcing and procuring materials and services in accordance with Royal York Property Management procurement regulations;
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, including toner for office equipment (printers, photocopiers) as well as kitchen supplies;
  • Inspect quality and specifications as per purchase requests or signed contract before accepting delivery of goods & services from a vendor;
  • Maintain database of competent vendors to quickly source material and services;
  • Provide logistical support to the office relating to trainings /workshops /conferences;
  • Arrange transportation when needed;
  • Provide administrative support as needed, and
  • Other duties as assigned by Head of Office

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of related working experience
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and with people of all levels
  • Meticulous and possess positive attitude
  • Good sense of urgency
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Ability to work from 15:00 to 23:00 from our office in Pristina.
