Group Health Insurance Procurement
Global Communities is an international development non-profit organization implementing the USAID-funded Up to Youth Activity in Kosovo, a five-year, positive youth development project. The purpose of the Up to Youth Activity is to address youth vulnerable to social exclusion by mobilizing and engaging youth in meaningful ways to effect positive change.
In support of this activity, Global Communities seeks quotations from qualified insurance companies to offer group health insurance for our staff members.

Global Communities is a non-profit organization registered in the Republic of Kosovo. All offerors must be a registered business and in good standing in Kosovo.
Instruction to bidders
Bids shall be submitted to KosovoProcurement@KosovoUpToYouth.org and will be accepted until June 9, 2023 by 5:00 p.m.
Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to KosovoProcurement@KosovoUpToYouth.organd will be accepted until June 6, 2022 no later than 5:00 p.m.
Terms and conditions
Global Communities reserves the right to request clarification of information submitted, and to request additional information from any bidders.
Global Communities shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by an interested party in preparing, submitting or presenting its response to the RFQ.
