With 15 office locations across Ontario, Canada and 2 office locations in Europe, the company is leading the potential in property management, and surpassing the client experience by having all departments operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team. A Sales Specialist develops and implements sales strategy, new business and client development, retention of clients, negotiation of contracts, and identification of entrepreneurial enterprises and relationship management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and promote company services to prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential with Team Lead/Manager.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• +3 years working experience in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet.
• Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
• Schedule: You will be working 5 days a week, 2 days off, from our office in Pristina.
