Job Description
ISBANK Kosovo is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Supervisor. This position will be primarily responsible for human resources management in compliance with the subject laws, regulations and the Bank policies and guidelines. The selected candidate will collaboratively work with senior management and HR Division at Head Office to prioritize strategic solutions that accelerate the achievement of business plans through all human resources functions. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for public relations, corporate advertisement and announcement activities of the Bank.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide HR support to all levels of the organization;
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, policies and procedures;
- Work with senior management to develop human resources strategy, contract terms for hires, promotions and transfers;
- Be up-to-date on employment laws and regulations as well as other legal requirements regarding HR;
- Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion and talent management;
- Identify training needs for business units and career development planning in coordination with the relevant Head Office departments;
- Manage the performance evaluation process of the employees, make suggestions for the improvement of the process;
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions on business needs;
- Carry out relations with the written and verbal media, coordinating corporate social responsibility, corporate sponsorship, corporate advertisement and announcement and donation activities.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelors’ Degree in Human resources or business-related fields; Master degree would be an asset;
- Experience in HR and PR in banking sector is highly preferred;
- An HR professional certification is highly preferred;
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Albanian, English and preferably Turkish languages to communicate efficiently between authorities, stakeholders, Head Office and local staff;
- Knowledge and experience in implementing legal requirements related HR and PR in banking sector, including an in-depth understanding of the labor law;
- Ability to promote HR culture within the organization;
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs;
- Excellent organizational, time management and supervisory skills;
- Valid driving license.
