We are looking for motivated employees for our store in Prizren:

DEPUTY STORE MANAGER (m/f)

YOUR JOB:

• store management according to the instructions from the Headquarters
• turnover co-responsibility as well as co-responsibility for the results of the inventory
• ensuring the operational business process
• handling key business indicators
• management and motivation of the team
• implementation of staff trainings
• employee scheduling
• administrative tasks and back office

YOUR PROFILE:

• high school (business, commercial or similar), bachelor’s degree is preferred
• managerial experience with sales responsibility
• equivalent experience in wholesale in the fashion industry
• dedicated and success-oriented leadership personality
• entrepreneurial thinking
• customer and service orientation as well as planning and organizational skills
• communicational skills and flexibility
• motivation and enthusiasm
• love for fashion and identification with New Yorker
• very good knowledge of English (or German)
