Our Stradivarius store in Pristina is looking for STORE MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the retail store, so it has a top management responsibility for the store as a work center.
In carrying out their work, will implement the following main activities:
- The organization and coordination of operations in the retail store;
- Active presence at the point of sale;
- Perform accounting job in accordance with the law;
- Maintain the image of the retail store;
- Organization of Employees: control of working hours in relation to sales, managing employees and dealing with all issues affecting the team in the store;
- Training and education of team members on sales techniques and skills;
- Activities related to potential buyers (offering of goods to the customer, fair and responsible attitude towards customers);
- Loading and unloading, receiving, alarming, price display and presentation of goods;
- Regular and accurate payments and accurate performing of all administrative tasks and reports;
- Control of the store, security and maintenance;
- Performance of other unnamed operations in upon the order of immediate superior in accordance with the nature and type of work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 months experience in managerial positions
- Good knowledge of the English language, at least SSS
- Sales orientation and high level of customer service
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication, soft skills
- Managerial experience
