Social Media Manager - Football

You will manage the whole strategy of the world's most influential shows (Football specific)
Your main mission will be to show inventiveness and initiative to grow your portfolio in all Platforms.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the publishing strategy and taking a managerial role on your shows portfolio
  • Track the performance of your pages on all platforms
  • Manage each show's video library, define the publishing schedule, select the next videos to be published, assign them to the right people
  • Coordinate the production of videos with our editors to ensure the relevance and regularity of the content
  • Strategize to drive engagement, reach, and views - especially on our Founders & Rises pages and reach the dormant audience.
2/ Becoming a content expert
  • Develop in-depth expertise in the content of the team's verticals: know how to detect trends, choose the best videos to work on, analyze the performance of our pages to create customized suggestions
  • Identify the best-performing publications and develop an expertise that will allow you to select and test the best content for your vertical in order to improve performance over the long term
  • Communicate this expertise to the team, especially through content suggestions, editing & brand safety checks
3/ Being a copywriting expert by developing your creativity
  • Write a range of copy (taglines, pinned comments, descriptions, etc.) across various social media platforms
  • Use analytics to extract compelling insights and feedback on writing
  • Act as a copy editor for fellow Community Managers, checking adherence to guidelines, spelling, grammar, etc.
  • Create vertical content (static posts, stories) and plan content calendars
  • Actively moderate your pages
  • Interact specifically with each audience (YT - Founders + Rises)
4/ Use your analytical skills to maximize creator performance over the long term
  • Ensure the multi-platform performance of your shows/pages (Facebook, Instagram,Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Define and challenge the content strategies of your shows in the vertical, based on the data collected during your analysis
  • Target the right audience and identify leverage opportunities (viewers analysis,)
  • Work with the Growth team to dynamize the pages during their launch
  • Work with the Data / Tech teams to improve our products and approach
  • Work with the Benchmark/UGC team to ensure the content relevance on each page

Your profile:

  • You are a graduate of a school or university in the fields of business, engineering, communication or marketing
  • You have strong analytical skills and are very comfortable with numbers and data,
  • You have excellent copywriting skills and can adapt quickly to different subjects
  • You know how to engage with a community and understand virality
  • You are passionate about social networks,
  • You are bilingual in English (Spanish or French would be a +t)
  • You have solid knowledge in Football, a first experience in football media would be a + You are recognized for your organization, your rigor, and your interpersonal skills
  • You know how to work in a team as well as on your own
  • You are autonomous, fun, and creative spirit, a team player
