Swissmed, a well -established company in the medical devices field, distributor of leading multinational companies in Kosovo, is searching to employee a
 Chemist or biologist, Medical laboratory sales and product specialist
 
Overall Description of the job position: The Medical laboratory sales and product specialist is responsible for the sales and scientific support of the products.
Duties

As part of the sales and customer support team, be the responsible person in the company for contacting the clients for sales, training and scientific support of the products.
Assists the Director of the company in the introduction of new products to the market, preparation of marketing plans and implementation of promotional activities.
Makes regular visits to customers, implement company’s policies, monitor customers performance, inform about the products, prepare offers, update customers’ files.
Monitor competition in the market, products, services, promotions, pricing, client’s basis.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management board.
Participates in local and international trainings related to marketing and scientific support of the products.
Provide back up for the invoicing and import license application of products when necessary.
Performs other related work as required.

Qualification

University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or Laboratory technician.
2. At least 1-2 year’s work experience as a sales/product specialist in a diagnostics company or a biochemistry laboratory.
3. Performance oriented, strong customer focus 
4. Excellent verbal/written communications skills in Albanian and English languages.
5. Computer literate (Microsoft office).
6. Driving license, ability for frequent travelling all over the country and abroad
