Our young and energetic team manages our properties, people, tenants, and vendors digitally and our deployed technology allows us to run operations smoothly.

Job Summary

Property Management Intern is primarily a customer service and support role managing all daily interactions with prospective residents and must provide reliable and efficient leasing services to both English and Spanish speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to prospective tenant inquiries promptly and professionally
• Host engaging virtual property tours
• Coordinate with on-site property management team to ensure the prospect tenant
  experience is as seamless
• Streamline rental application process by following up with prospective tenants
• Continuously monitor property visitors and present reports to senior management
• Track and report data on prospective tenant activities
• Provide valuable insights and information to help property management make decisions.

Job Requirement

• Effective Spanish and English communication skills.
• Good use in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Third year student or just graduated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the real estate industry
• Currently enrolled in a related degree program (Business, Management, Communications) is a plus.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
