Sales Representative

We are looking for individuals who are ambitious with attention to detail, and a willingness to learn to fill in the position of the Sales Representative. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, and you need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Follow up on leads.
• Scheduling meetings and ensuring that each meeting is attended.
• Finding comparable pricing in the renting market on different properties.
• Accepting inbound/outbound phone calls on a daily basis.
• Following up on rescheduled meetings via email, phone text or call.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• +3 years of experience in sales.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Excellent selling skills;
• Thick skin and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM from the office in Pristina.

Compensation:

• 15$ CAD on each meeting attended.
• Annual salary of average Sales Representative working 40 hours/week, ranges from 24,000 - 30,000 CAD.
