Catalogue Specialist
Our online shop transacts in more than 100 currencies from all countries of the world, it is localized in many languages. We serve cross-platform B2C and B2B sales channels on all continents. We create, develop and support complex sales, administrative and technical systems for telecom business.
We are looking for a Catalogue Specialist to manage product data on a day-to-day basis and ensuring data quality and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and verify the authenticity of data,
- Convert the data into the company’s format,
- Make sure all products are catalogued correctly,
- Ensure all product information is updated and correct before making it available for sale (From a customer’s view),
- Interacting and coordinating with vendors to help ensure correct information and availability of product,
- Participating in the identification and correction of catalog errors,
- Identifying possible improvements in the processes you work on and suggesting ways of implementation for the needed changes,
- Inform the manager regarding possible quality issues; analyze the situation and recommend corrective actions,
- Be informed of the popular products,
- Inform marketing department of interesting new products,
Requirement and Skills:
- Detail oriented,
- Problem solving skills,
- Good verbal and oral communication skills Inquisitive with a willingness to learn,
- Customer centric.
Location: rr. Ilir Konushevci, 159, Pristina, No remote
Mandatory language: English
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, one hour lunch break
