Kosovo E-Governance - Call for Resumes
DAI, a global consulting firm based in the United States, is currently accepting applications from senior candidates for technical and managerial long-terms position for an anticipated new governance activity in Kosovo funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
Long- and short-term experts with eight (8) or more years of experience in the following areas are sought in the following technical fields. Kosovo nationals are strongly encouraged to apply:

Digital governance
Digital transformation in the public and private sector (including design, deployment and testing of holistic IT systems, cybersecurity)
Service delivery
Public administration reform
Citizen engagement/participation
Civil society strengthening
Public-private partnerships
Training/capacity building for the public sector
Gender and Social Inclusion
Monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting
Procurement for international technical assistance projects with emphasis on USAID-supported initiatives
Strategic communications/outreach (both for the public and private sectors)
Grants development and management
USAID project finance, operations, and contract administration

Qualifications/Requirements

Degree in a relevant field (such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy or Administration, ICT, Engineering) from an accredited university required. An advanced degree (master’s or higher) is preferred.
At least 8 years of technical experience in area of expertise.
At least 5 years of progressive management and leadership experience for managerial positions.
Experience in Kosovo and/or Balkans region experience required
Experience with USAID and/or other international donor programs preferred.
Strong communication skills - both written and oral - in English, Albanian, and Serbian required.
