JOB VACANCY
Kosovo Advisory, Products, and Systems (KS-APS) is a consulting firm based in Prishtina that provides high quality services to clients in the areas of financial management, innovation products, and communications. We serve clients worldwide who operate in the international humanitarian and development sectors.  Intern Communications and Visibility Assistant
The position is full-time and requires the candidate to work at our office in Prishtina. Alternatively, we also offer part-time engagement (Mon- Fri 8:30 - 12:30).
Tasks:

Drafting and editing communications copy and material.
 Helping to implement internal and external communications strategies and projects.
Providing administrative support to internal teams.
Coordinating between project managers, communications manager, graphic designer and Web Developers to prepare and publish multimedia online content (including website news stories, social media posts, Infographics, Promo videos etc.) for promoting KS-APS work in two areas:
Monitoring and Evaluation for Humanitarian Aid Projects, and Software Development of Technology Products.
Preparing presentations and reports and formatting documents in KS-APS style of presentiton
Organizing marketing and networking events.
Drafting and posting social media and web content according to the company's social media strategy.
Assisting the communications manager with the management of the company's external image.
Maintaining calendars and appointments.
Tracking projects and media exposure.
Updating media contact lists.

Eligibility:
Preferably, candidates should at least have a Bachelor Degree in communications, Marketing, English, Journalism or a related field or be a Student in the aforementioned areas of study.
Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
An understanding of social media strategies and media relations.
Creative and innovative.
Proficiency in office management software. Skills in design software such as Photoshop and InDesign are an advantage (optional).
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
The ability to multitask.
Great interpersonal skills.
Above average knowledge of various social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
