The purpose of the role Officer - Operations is to facilitate the VISA application process and handle front office & back office operations conducted at the respective Visa Application Centres.
This role is a full-time 40 hrs weekly – 8 hours daily shift, Monday to Friday , with a 6 months contract with possibility of extension subject to performance. Salary for this role is 500 EUR per month and overtime is paid as per local law regulations.

Areas of Responsibility & brief description of the role:

Processing VISA applications and data entry
Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application Centre
Handover of Passports to the specific High Commission and/or its consulates.
Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants
Handling customer queries in person, by email and on the telephone
Fee collection and cash handling
Preparing reports for day-to-day transactions

Personal Requirements:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
A good attention to accuracy and detail
A proactive can-do attitude
Flexible / ready and willing to work overtime, if required
Willingness to travel, if required
Languages: - English and Albanian languages are mandatory
Serbian, Bosnian and Slovenian languages are desired
