Background

We are looking for a Sales Consultant (m/f) who will be in charge of selling KosovaJob products and services and meet our customer’s needs. More specifically, you will use your super powers to identify the needs of our customers, offer them a best possible solution and complete the process with a successful sale while keeping their satisfaction level high.

Finally, you will have the opportunity to present KosovaJob as you will be the first point of contact between us and our clients.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell KosovaJob products and services to new and existing clients;
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other techniques;
• Coordinate sales efforts with other team members and departments;
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships;
• Get feedback from clients about the quality of our service;
• Achieve the individual and team sales target within the agreed period;
• Keep a clean and regular documentation of your work and
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

• BSc degree
• Previous experience in sales will be advantage
• Previous experience with a CRM platform will be advantage
• Good communicational and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Albanian and English language
• Willingness to learn new processes
• Good knowledge of PC
