Maintenance Coordinator

Royal York Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator to help support its new Kosovo back office. A Maintenance Coordinator is the person who implements preventative maintenance, liaises with service providers, maintains customer confidence, resolves client' issues. They also maintain a database of documents and ensure accuracy of information.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting inbound calls, text messages, email, and all other social media interactions regarding maintenance issues.
  • Keep in touch with the property owner, tenants, and technicians to fix any maintenance issues.
  • Handles maintenance emergencies.
  • Negotiates quotations with technicians and property owners.
  • Schedules assessments and repairs.
  • Follows up on work order progress.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
  • Ability to stay focused and calm when customers are stressed.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work from 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
