We are a young and lean team. In Prishtine we employ a centralized back-office handling operations support, procurement, contracting, accounting, estimating, PM, IT, interior design, and architecture.

Our Prishtina talent has years of experience in residential and commercial real estate development and operations. Extended time-zone working hours allow us to effectively respond to issues around the clock. Our young and energetic team manages our properties, people, guests, and vendors digitally and our deployed technology allows us to run operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Present all critical paths and update each team on ongoing site works.
  • Keep track of project development and monitor each team if needed attentions is being paid to current requests.
  • Transfer each account of the property to current owner (entity).
  • Connect with Estimating team regarding proposals per each trade and present the best deals to head of construction.
  • Connect with Accounting team regarding payments.
  • Connect with Procurement team regarding the purchase process.
  • Connect with Design team regarding design sets/changes on the drawings.
  • Connect with Contracting team regarding the contract’s status.
  • Ensure a clear communication between site team and office team.
  • Foresee next steps which are directly depended on the office team and make sure they are delivered on time.
  • Schedule inspections for each required process and coordinate with the site manager/supervisor.
  • Update the airtable bases regularly.
  • Payment approvals should be coordinated with site manager/supervisor and then forwarded to the accounting team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economy, Business, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred experience in real estate development.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Must possess intercultural skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively work with all levels of company personnel.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
