Job Title: Human Resource Offcer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Officer (HR Officer). This position will be responsible for developing our HR strategies to ensure all HR operations are in order and efficient.


  • Develop strategic selection processes for different types of positions in different locations.
  • Develop plans for all HR aspects like benefits, payroll, health, and safety.
  • Motivating and supporting the current team.
  • Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
  • Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
  • Developing and implementing human resources policies.
  • Supporting strategic objectives.
  • Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Designing and directing training programs.
  • Maintaining staff records.
  • Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized human resource processes.
  • Adhere to all internal policies and legal standards.
  • Update antiquated systems (e.g., paper-based timesheets, grievance procedures).
  • Design competency-based compensation systems.
  • Work with technical team to design, integrate and implement human resource software systems for better efficiency.
  • Recommend new and improved measures for performance evaluations.
  • Communicate with the senior management team to justify system changes.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge about local and international Human Resource Processes, employment legislation, and legal regulations.
  • Solid knowledge of all aspects of HR management.
  • Highly organized.
  • Superior interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Two years of experience working in an HR department
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
