Marketing Specialist

I. Overview

MSECB is a fast-growing company with its headquarters based in Quebec, Canada, and an international branch in Prishtina, where some of its main operations take place for many years now.

We are an accredited Certification Body providing audit and certification services for a global client base, and we are currently looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team in Prishtina in the role of a Marketing Specialist.

II. Job Purpose

The Marketing Specialist is responsible to assist the Marketing Department in analyzing and building marketing strategies as well as in the deployment of different marketing campaigns. He/she will contribute to the overall marketing activities to promote MSECB services and increase brand awareness.

III. Responsibilities

  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to build successful marketing strategies.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of effective marketing campaigns. 
  • Draft/create content, including social media posts, articles, infographics, etc. for distribution on Social Media Channels and the MSECB Website.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to come up with appropriate visual content.
  • Measure, report, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns on Social Media and suggest improvements for future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Build relationships with clients, partners, and auditors through different communication channels: emails, strategic telephone conversations, etc.
  • Work with other departments to develop digital marketing, communications content, and presence across multiple channels.
  • Work with Sales Department to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions promptly.
  • Support the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including content writing, advertising, social media, and website.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by Top Management.

IV. Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or another related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience in marketing, communication, content creation, or similar.
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present work from concepts to final execution.
  • Work well independently with minimum supervision.
  • Creative, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
  • A consistently positive attitude as well as a high level of enthusiasm and initiative.
