Chef (South Iceland)

	 	 
Hótel Skógafoss, South Iceland is seeking a chef.
Long term work contract available.
Applicants must be able to start work as soon as possible. The position is 100% shift work. Salary net starting from 366.000 icelandic krona (equals to 2615 euros in today exchange rate) in the pocket after paying for food, accommodation, tax etc.
Chef duties:

Ensure that the kitchen is clean and hygienic.
Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, cooking food on the menu and staff food and helping to prepare salads, soups and desserts.
Disposing of garbage.

Job requirements:

Cooking experience is a must. Has to have experience on hot and cold station.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Understanding the importance of health and hygiene.
Proficient in English.
