Job Description
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff in Kosovo, Switzerland and US and partners to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Ensure operational activities, remain on time and within a defined budget
- Lead, motivate and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- Mange timely data collections to update operation metrics to achieve productivity targets and eliminate errors
- Partner with cross-functional support teams to improve the proprietary tools and systems
- Oversee materials and inventory management
- Prepare and perform internal workshops
Requirements
- Degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
- 2+ years proven experience in an operations management position
- Excellent knowledge and skills in the area of controlling
- Experience in leading employees
- Responsible and structured way of working with affinity for problem solving
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications
- Working knowledge of management software programs such as Jira Atlassian
