Your role
You are interested or even experienced in the field of real estate and love to handle data and to research? Our client is a leading real estate developer in the logistics sector in Germany and is currently looking to expand his research and data management team.
You will
- Research potential logistics properties + plots where logistic property could be developed
- Finding contact details of potential business partners
- Create buying profiles for these properties and propose them to the Real Estate Managers in Germany
- Learn more about the real estate sector in Germany and the commercial real estate business in general
What you bring to the table
- Analytical thinking + well-structure working manner
- Good working experience with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Real estate background preferable
- German language proficiency preferable (>B2)
- Experience with public administration software preferable
