ROLE
Responsibilities:

Monitor creator industry developments, research & identify growth areas and recruit creators;
communicate with video artists and creators and generate long-term relationships;
Be responsible for creator contracts, agreements and negotiate video rates;
Coordinate all the agreed artists' contract details;
Actively participate in new initiatives;

Requirements:

Good communication, cooperation, and collaboration skills;
Advanced English skills are a must;
Goal-oriented approach and ambition to learn new things;
Strong attention to details;
Knowledge of a few foreign languages would be a plus;
Experience in media, publishing, licensing, and sales would be a big plus;
Data driven;
