Quality Assurance and Customer Experience Associate
We are hiring a quality assurance and customer experience associate. This role comes with a great variety of tasks that will help you build a bank of different skills.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Quality assure the variety of items that users are sending to Twig, checking that user details of brand, category, and item details match user photographs.
- Verifying the provenance and authenticity of items that Twig receives from photos and user details
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat and social media.
- Showing ownership and accountability for offering solutions to help and benefit our customers.
- Maintaining high service standards and continually improving the service to our customers.
- Responding to customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
- Supporting continuous improvement ethos within the contact centre.
- Actively seeking to improve processes and workflows.
- Working well within a dynamic team environment.
- Investigating and resolving issues whilst proactively seeking solutions.
- Supporting other teams as required in marketplace listing and quality assurance of user cashouts.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of fashion brands and interest in fashion
- Excellent analytical and communication skills. Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Paying careful attention to detail
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to balance workload and deal with multiple priorities.
- Aptitude to work with a team in a changing environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in fashion brands and in particular knowledge of diffusion fashion line
- Knowledge and interest in luxury fashion brands, including provenance of these brands
