Duties and responsibilities:
- Hospitality, information and client orientation,
- Accepting the phone calls and responding on the information e-mails,
- Accepts, follows and orders the requests,
- Administrative duties such as registration, printing, copying, scanning and other,
- Organization of office supply materials for the office,
- Other similar works.
QUALIFACION
- High school diploma,
- Good command in English Language,
- Excellent communication skills, understanding of the staff needs,
- Ability to manage the issues in different environments,
- Experience in use of office equipment and MS Office programs (word, excel, power point),
- Energetic, work under stress, self-initiative and flexible.
- Experience in similar works is preferable, individually and / or in teams.
