One of New York’s fastest growing real estate brokerages is looking for an executive assistant.

You will be working directly with the Chief Operating Officer who is in charge of the success of the company with its 1000+ real estate agents and a Top 20 Sales Team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and extremely organized who works well under pressure.

You need to be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets. Excellent communication skills in English is a must - both verbal and non-verbal. We use Airtable, Zoom, Google Meet and Asana often. Basic video editing skills and being familiar with MacOS in addition to Windows is a plus.

If you are interested in NY real estate and being in a supportive role for a great team, this is the ideal role for you. Your job will be to make the COO’s life easier by preparing reports, adding events to his calendar and tracking transactions. You will also help with residential real estate transactions, whether it’s paperwork or scheduling a photographer.

You will be able to work from home and you will have the opportunity to visit our NY office. We offer competitive compensation and bonus.

Some of the responsibilities:

  • Reporting  in Google Sheets (spreadsheets, charts)
  • Adding agents to the team (paperwork, orientation)
  • Calendar organization
  • Basic Video editing
  • Invoice preparation
  • Lease and rider preparation for rental transactions
  • Lease renewal preparation
  • Photographer scheduling
  • Exclusive agreement preparation
