Job Position: "Administrative Assistant"

SUMMARY

We operate through a network of specialized international platforms and local office offering our clients a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and outsource support built on innovative thinking and personal service. We’re looking for a team member who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and its clients. Also, at the direction of the operational manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and processing of existing accounts as well as support of other day-to-day administration customer service.  

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Requirements

  • Assists in the overall efficient operation of the office by performing numerous clerical maintenance operations, including but not limited to:
  • Administrative support to staff members and managers, which consists of answering routine and specific administrative inquiries;
  • Technical assistance to other team members to resolve issues related to the daily work, including maintaining and updating the data of the systems currently in use;
  • Monitor daily activity for all active issues including tracking and chasing open compliance items;
  • Provides general support on the system by performing administrative/coordinative duties as needed;
  • Organize and conduct client financial and safety fairs;
  • Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents; prepares background documents;
  • Sets-up, manages, and processes archives files;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills

  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Good planning and tasks-ordering skills, and problem-solving
  • Ability and motivated to work independently
  • To work within a team and to foster teamwork
  • Intermediate typing skills (30-35 wpm)

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of related work experience
