Job Position: "Assistant Project Manager’

SUMMARY
We operate through a network of specialized international platforms and local office offering our clients a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and outsource support built on innovative thinking and personal service. We’re looking for a team member who will be responsible for providing administrative support to executive-level personnel, operations and staff managers. Also responsible for customer service and department support to producers, management, and service teams in supporting existing accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience engaging senior-level management on complex business concepts through identifying needs of stakeholders and working cross-functionally to drive successful implementation and delivery, tracking outcomes, and evolving based on results;
  • Experience in collecting, synthesizing, analysing, and visualizing complex sources of data to derive insights and form recommendations that improve operational efficiency and efficacy;
  • Organizes office activities and schedules; develops and implements department procedures and systems to ensure smooth department operations;
  • Assists as a technical expert, assisting other team members to resolve issues related to the system;
  • Provides system assistance as required; prepares and/or assists with the creation of templates, materials as needed;
  • Assists in the overall efficient operation of the office by performing numerous clerical maintenance operations.
  • Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents; prepares background documents;
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of related work experience

SKILLS

  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Good planning, organizational, and tasks-ordering skills
  • Good problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability and motivated to work independently
  • To work within a team and to foster teamwork
  • Prioritizing work for multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to interface with executives – internal and external
  • Intermediate typing skills (30-35 wpm)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
