Përgjegjësitë:

Të asistoj stafin e operacioneve bankare në degë në punët ditore
Skanon dokumentet e procesit të punës, kërkesave të punës dhe kërkesave për dokumentacion nga departamentet tjera.
Kompleton dokumentacionin e klientëve rreth shërbimeve bankare
Të arkivojë dokumentet bankare
T’i asistojë klientët në përdorimin e ATM dhe kanaleve tjera alternative në rast nevoje.

Kualifikimet e kërkuara:

Preferohet Diploma e universitetit Ekonomik ose Administrim Biznesi
T’i kuptoj produktet dhe shërbimet bankare
Shkathtësi të shkëlqyeshme komunikuese dhe aftësi për të ndërtuar relacione të mira me klientë
Njohuri të mira të MS Office
Efikas në punë ekipore
Aftësi të shkëlqyera të gjuhës angleze
Preferohet ketë patentë shoferi

Kontratë për gjashtë muaj do të ofrohet.

TEB is now seeking for qualified candidates for the position of Branch Operations Assistant – Intern for Prizren Main Branch.
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the immediate supervisor and with aim to gain professional acknowledge, the
Intern will participate in:

Assisting branch staff on their daily operational duties
Scanning the documents for workflows, job demands and requests for documents from other Departments.
Completing documentation regarding banking services taken
Filing of banking documents
Assisting customer on using ATM and other ADC channels when necessary.

Qualifications required:

Preferably university degree in Economics or Business Administration
Understanding of banking products and services
Excellent communication skills with the internal/external customers
Good knowledge in MS Office
Efficient in team work
Excellent level of English Language
Preferably to have Driving License

Six months internship contract will be offered.
