EPPC Kosovo, on behalf of its client, an innovative software and digital services company with over 21 years of experience in the Swiss market, is recruiting a Technical Support Engineer.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of reported customer issues and see problems through to resolution;
  • Receive and qualify user reports and questions regarding web applications (1st & 2nd level support) from customers from different industries;
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers via Phone and Email;
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all assigned issues.

Requirements:

  • Qualified person with a completed apprenticeship in the IT sector or university studies;
  • Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer;
  • Three years or more of professional experience;
  • Have strong problem-solving skills;
  • Demonstrate excellent client-facing skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German;
  • Experience in the support of modern web applications and SQL databases would be an advantage.
