Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients via phone and livechat.
  • Inform the client about the application and services.
  • Provide assistance to the client on the use of the application and other technical issues.
  • To be able to understand the customer's requirements correctly.
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Forward feedback to the QA team.
Requirements:
  • English and any other language is a bonus
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
