Business Development Coordinator

I. Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Prishtina. II. Job Purpose

The Business Development Coordinator is responsible to assist the Commercial Department in conducting market analysis and expanding the business. He/she will be assisting in the lead generation process and contacting potential clients, as well as maintaining relationships with clients.

III. Responsibilities

  • Identify and search out qualified leads from a variety of sources
  • Track all business development and prospecting activities
  • Build relationships with potential customers through different communication channels; emails, strategic telephone conversations, etc.
  • Create scripts for presentations and conversations based on specific market segments
  • Maintain a well-defined call cycle in the field
  • Develop negotiating strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials
  • Perform regular market analysis - identify and target new and existing services, opportunities and market changes/conditions
  • Develop and maintain target account lists to ensure a continuous pipeline of potential customers.
  • Develop customer proposals, collateral, and presentation requests
  • Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs
  • Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Perform/conduct and maintain Market Intelligence
  • Other related duties as assigned by Management

IV. Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Economics, International Relations or other related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of Business Development
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Have a good business sense, strong negotiation skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Work well independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present work from concepts to final execution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
  • A consistently positive attitude as well as a high level of enthusiasm and initiative
