I. Overview

We are looking for a Certification Coordinator to join our team in Prishtina, Kosovo. MSECB (PECB MS) is an accredited certification body providing audit and certification of management systems (organizations) in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021.

II. Job Purpose

The Certification Coordinator is responsible to assist the Compliance Department and will have a key role in the review of application forms and coordination of audits.

III. Responsibilities

  • Review Application Forms
  • Review Stage 1 Audit Report and Audit Plan
  • Coordinate and negotiate with auditors for audit mandates
  • Follow up with clients and auditors for surveillance and recertification audits
  • Validate auditor’s competence before engaging them in any audit mandate
  • Prepare certificates
  • Build relationships with clients through different communication channels
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Management

IV. Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Have a good business sense and a positive attitude.
  • Work well independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present work from concepts to final execution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • A consistently positive attitude as well as a high level of enthusiasm and initiative
