Call Center Representative responsibilities include:

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions 

Job brief

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Ideal candidate highlights:

  • Near perfect English speaking skills preferably British English Accent
  •  CRM experience needed
  • Prior calling experience desirable
  • Ability to use all Google systems
  • Ability to learn typical computer software
  • Independent & able to act without explanations
  • An excellent communicator
  • Clear daily progress reports and tracking
  • Ability think critically and give feedback to management
  • Ability to figure things out easily
  • Enjoys being creatively challenged
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company
  • Enthusiastic and super positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented
  • Works well on a team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree or higher education
